We would recommend that all women have The Mummy MOT postally as we believe this is the most comprehensive assessment for women however I understand its not for every mum so at ebmPhysiotherapy we have options for you as its all about you! So if you would just like a 30min assessment for a particular post natal problem then this is for you! e.g. Tummy Gap (Diastasis recti), lower back pain, C - Section, incontinence or you what to get back to exercise safely.
